My apologies, it’s been about two weeks since my last post in which I stated there would be weekly updates. The past couple of weeks I have put aside my online presence in order to stay on top of service calls. Ultimately, I’m hoping to stay consistent with posts and updates online, but there will be times it will not be possible. Customers will always take precedence.
As you may have concluded by reading the first paragraph, business has been picking up consistently. With consistency comes increased motivation to offer my absolute best in plumbing services. I will always strive to do my best for customers in need of assistance. High quality customer service is a big part of the picture for any successful company, and I want to make sure I am offering the best around. First time impressions are everything.
My vision for this area is to offer plumbing services to customers when it’s best for them, whether it is an emergency in need of immediate attention, within 24 hours, or scheduled at earliest convenience. I understand this can be asking for a lot up front, but I will not be content until I reach this goal.
Thanks for following along with our journey so far. It does mean a lot to my family and I to be surrounded by a supportive community of family and friends. I appreciate our customers that I have had the pleasure of meeting so far, and am grateful for the opportunity to work for each of you.
Our focus will continue to be on service work for commercial and residential. Water leak fixes and reroutes, water heater replacement/repair, garbage disposals, faucets, toilets, sewer/drain cleaning, and gas are just a few of the services we offer.
